By supporting the drug development process as early on as the pre-clinical stage, Ora is able to better identify the correct development path for new drugs and devices when the subsequent clinical research work begins.

Our pre-clinical team has extensive experience across all facets of pre-clinical research, from identification and procurement of compounds to completion of animal toxicology studies.

We have many long-standing relationships with the top basic scientists and lab facilities in the country, and thus have unique access to some of the most advanced and appropriate animal models.

By interfacing with GLP labs and utilizing local lab facilities for screening studies, we are able to shorten the path out of the pre-clinical phase by taking advantage of readily available lab scheduling, lab space, and lab staff.

Because our pre-clinical work enables us to better understand both the disease and the drug, we are able to select the correct research model when it is time to move into the clinical research phase.
